Counseling for Veterans
You've given everything. Let someone show up for you.
You have given everything to this country: your body, your mind, your family, and your time. I’m glad you’re here.
I have worked with many veterans, so I understand how hard it is to even consider therapy. I know the loops you go through to find a counselor who fits your coverage, and then to find one you actually trust.
Whatever you have going on, I would love to help you during this time.
What we can work on
- PTSD and trauma
- Substance use
- Grief and loss
- Anxiety and depression
- The transition back to civilian life
Sessions are online, so there's no VA waiting room and no drive. Just a private conversation from wherever you are in Colorado.
Other ways I can help
- Men's Counseling
Work stress, anxiety, depression, or feeling stuck. Therapy with someone who gets how men think and talk.
- Couples Counseling
A structured 8–12 week approach to move you out of reactivity and back toward each other.
- Addiction Counseling
Confidential help with alcohol, drugs, porn, and other addictions. Understand your triggers and chart a path forward.
- Anxiety & Depression
A confidential space to stabilize, understand what's underneath, and get your life moving again.
